Order Notes

  1. After applying the discount code, the system will automatically select and apply the best discount. If add-on purchases or other discounts are better than the discount code, the discount code will not be applied.

  2. Your order contains at least 1 printed item (Original Designs / Collaborations / Design Your Own / 3D Limited Edition). It will be shipped in 6 to 8 business days. Before final delivery, additional time for warehouse transfer and customs clearance may be required.

  3. If your order contains one or more pre-order items, it will not be shipped until all the items in your order is ready.

  4. Processing time depends on item:
     - Printed items (Also applies to patterned styles): 3–5 business days
     - Non-printed items only: 1–2 business days
    Total delivery time = Processing + Warehouse Transfer + Shipping. Enter your address at checkout to see available shipping options and transit times.
    *Additional time may be required for customs clearance depending on your location.
