The SolidX/ SolidSuit case should be compatible with most third-party full-coverage protectors on the market. However, we cannot guarantee that all of them work well with our case as it highly depends on the design and coverage of each screen protector.

RHINOSHIELD screen protectors are designed to perfectly fit our SolidX/ SulidSuit case. If you are looking for one to go with the case, make sure to check them out!

Back protectors and phone skins add extra thickness to the device, which could make the case fit, installation, and removal less smooth. Thus, we do not suggest pairing our SolidX/ SolidSuit case with any back protectors or phone skins.

The product itself does not affect your phone’s NFC or wireless charging functions.
However, actual performance can vary depending on factors like the NFC reader’s location, the thickness of any attached accessories, and the power of your charger or wireless charging pad.
We recommend testing based on your own usage.

Magnetic strength may vary depending on the thickness of the phone case. We recommend using RHINOSHIELD's MagSafe-compatible series of phone cases for the best experience.

- As part of our efforts to reduce environmental impact, selected colors of the MagSafe SolidX case have been upgraded to feature a detachable MagSafe magnetic ring.
With this design, the magnetic ring may come off when you remove the case from your phone. This is a feature of the detachable design and does not mean that your case is damaged.
If the magnetic ring comes off, simply align it with the designated attachment points on the back of the case and press it back into place by hand. Once reattached, you can continue using the case with MagSafe accessories as usual.

Currently, the camera button is not sold separately. To ensure the best user experience, the cutout design case and the camera button case feature different designs around the camera controls, making the two versions incompatible.

The RHINOSHIELD camera button is designed with carbon nanotube (CNT) material, offering excellent conductivity and ensuring a perfect fit between the button structure and the device's contact points. For optimal use, we recommend keeping your hands dry to prevent moisture from affecting functionality.

The RHINOSHIELD SolidX uses innovative technology to reinforce the four internal corners, effectively absorbing impacts and greatly enhancing protection. At the same time, it features a stylish design, providing comprehensive protection for your phone.

For daily cleaning, we suggest using wet wipes. To sanitize, wipe it swiftly with a cloth and a small amount of rubbing alcohol (less than 75%). If you are using a SolidSuit with a printed design on it, we suggest avoiding the printed parts while using rubbing alcohol.

Yes! Our SolidX/ SolidSuit case is 100% BPA/BPF/BPS free as it was developed with your health and safety in mind.

Yes! With sustainability in mind, the SolidX/ SolidSuit case is made with a mono-material which can be 100% recycled through a dedicated process. The material can then be reused to create brand-new products, making each piece earth-friendly.
