Competition Rules: RHINOSHIELD invites you to a spectacular celebration!

Raffle Draw on Sunday, June 18, 2023, at 4:00 PM.

 

Article 1: GAME ORGANIZER The company RHINOSHIELD, a simplified joint-stock company with its registered office at 356 Avenue de l'Argonne Porte 16 - 33700 Mérignac - France, registered with the RCS of BORDEAUX under number 830 399 853, represented by its President domiciled at said address.

Hereinafter referred to as "the organizing company."

Organizes from Saturday, June 17, 2023, at 8:00 PM to Sunday, June 18, at 2:00 AM, French time, a completely free game contest without any obligation to purchase, on the occasion of its participation in DISNEY LAND PRIDE organized by the company DISNEY during PRIDE 2023.

The game entitled "RHINOSHIELD INVITES YOU TO A TRULY SPECTACULAR CELEBRATION" will be accessible upon request made to the Judicial Officer's Office where the deposit will have taken place. The conditions of participation in the game and the methods of selecting the winner are described in this regulation (hereinafter "the Regulation").

Simply validating participation in the game implies the full, pure, and unconditional acceptance of all the provisions of this regulation and the personal data protection policy of the Organizing Company, as well as French or European laws, regulations, and other applicable texts concerning the game and its organization.

Acceptance of the Regulation applies for the entire duration of the game until the prize is awarded.

Article 2: LEGAL DEPOSIT AND CONSULTATION OF THE GAME REGULATION This regulation is deposited with the Office: Office of Master Julien FERLICOT, Judicial Officer, 3 rue Taylor 75010 PARIS.

The game regulations will be available upon simple request sent by email to the organizing company at support@rhinoshield.fr or to the Judicial Officer's Office (huissierparis.ferlicot@orange.fr).

ARTICLE 3: PARTICIPATION

3.1 Conditions for participating in the game.

This game is free to enter without any obligation to purchase and is open to anyone who visits the RHINOSHIELD booth.

Any participation that does not comply with the conditions and characteristics set out in the Regulation will not be taken into account.

Participants authorize all verifications regarding their identity, age, postal and telephone coordinates, or the fairness and sincerity of their participation.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the game:

• Employees of the Organizing Company
• Minors
• Individuals who have collaborated in the organization of the game
• Members of their respective families (meaning individuals living under the same roof as them)

In addition, the cumulative conditions required are:

• Being of legal age
• Being present at the DISNEYLAND PARIS PRIDE 2023 event on June 17, 2023
• Posting a photo of oneself at the Disneyland Paris Pride 2023 event at the RHINOSHIELD booth on one's Instagram story or feed (the person must be in the photo to validate their identity)
• Tagging the Instagram account RHINOSHIELD in the photo or story / @RHINOSHIELDFrance or @RHINOSHIELD.UK
• Including the RHINOSHIELD hashtag "#TeamRHINOSHIELD"
• Including the Disney hashtag "#DisneyLandParisPride"

The game is limited to individual participation at the same address.

3.2 Validity of Participation

Participants authorize all verifications regarding the information provided and collected as part of the game.

Any inaccurate or false information will result in the disqualification of the participant. Any proven intent to commit fraud or attempt to cheat by a participant, including the creation of false identities to register multiple times in the game, may result in a formal and permanent prohibition from participating in the raffle draw. This includes excluding those who attempt to modify the proposed game mechanisms in any way, particularly to alter the results. The same individual cannot play using multiple email addresses or from a tenant account opened for the benefit of another person. Participants attempting to participate through means such as participation automation tools, programs designed for automated entries, use of information, email, customer numbers other than those corresponding to their own identity and address, and generally any means that do not comply with the principle of equal opportunities among game participants will be automatically eliminated.

Any incomplete, illegible, or with inaccurate contact information, received before the opening date and time of the game as indicated in these rules or after the deadline for participation (date and time of receipt of the data contained in the file being authoritative), will be considered inadmissible.

Candidates not complying with any of the conditions stipulated in this article will be automatically disqualified.

Article 4: GAME PROCEDURE To participate in the game, in addition to the required conditions mentioned in Article 3.1, each candidate must:

• Post a photo of themselves at the Disneyland Paris Pride 2023 event at the RHINOSHIELD booth in an Instagram story or on their feed (the person must be in the photo to validate their identity).

• Tag the RHINOSHIELD Instagram account in the photo or story / @RHINOSHIELDFrance or @RHINOSHIELD.UK

• Include the RHINOSHIELD hashtag #TeamRHINOSHIELD

• Include the Disney hashtag #DisneyLandParisPride

It is noted that all the aforementioned conditions are cumulative, and the failure to comply with any one of them will result in exclusion.

Only participants who meet these cumulative conditions will be accepted by the Organizing Company and will be eligible for the raffle draw for the prize under the conditions defined in these rules.

Article 5: Raffle Draw / Winner Selection The raffle draw will take place on Sunday, June 18, 2023, at 4:00 PM.

Only participations that have been carried out in accordance with the provisions of these rules will be considered valid and eligible for the prize.

An initial selection of four favorite photos will be made by the RHINOSHIELD brand.

Then, this selection will be posted in an Instagram story with a poll "Vote for your favorite photo."

Subsequently, the subscribers to the Organizing Company's Instagram account will choose the winner under the supervision and control of the Commissioner of Justice.

The Organizing Company will post the selection story by the subscribers on June 18, 2023, on their Instagram profile.

The person who receives the most votes will be the winner.

Article 6: PRIZE AND PRIZE AWARD

The prize for the game "RHINOSHIELD INVITES YOU TO A TRULY SPECTACULAR CELEBRATION" will be awarded to a participant who has fulfilled all the participation requirements of the game in accordance with articles 3, 4, and 5 of these regulations and has received the most votes during the selection phase described in article 5 of the regulations, among all participants who meet the participation requirements of the game (hereinafter referred to as "the Winner").

The prize to be won is as follows: a park + hotel stay at DISNEYLAND PARIS.

There will be two winners: one for the UK account (Rhinoshield.UK) and one for the FR account (RhinoshieldFrance).

Participants are invited to post on their story/feed, tagging either rhinoshield.uk or rhinoshieldfrance, plus #teamrhinoshield #disneylandparispride.

A selection of four photos will be made by the Company (per IG account) to repost on its Instagram story and allow its followers to select the most beautiful photo through an Instagram poll.

The person who receives the most votes will win the stay!

Each winner will be notified of their prize by being contacted via direct message ("DM"), and once all the information is obtained (name/surname, email address, etc.), a confirmation letter for the stay will be sent to them via email.

The Organizing Company will make its best efforts to contact the winner.

However, if the winner cannot be reached within a period of 30 days following the drawing, they will be considered as having forfeited their prize.

The person who receives the most votes and comes in second place will be declared the winner.

The winner of the game authorizes any verification regarding their identity. Any falsification of identity will result in the elimination of the respective winner.

Similarly, the Organizing Company reserves the right to take legal action against any attempt to circumvent these regulations, especially in the case of false information.

If the winner does not want or cannot benefit from the prize, they must inform the Organizing Company in writing (paper or electronic).

The awarded prize cannot be contested in any way by the winner. The awarded prize is strictly personal, and as such, it cannot be refunded in cash, exchanged, or partially or totally reimbursed by the Organizing Company, either in kind or in cash, nor compensated for any amounts owed to the Organizing Company. It is specified that the Organizing Company will not provide any service or warranty related to the use of the prize awarded.

ARTICLE 7 – LIABILITY

The Organizing Company reserves the right to shorten, extend, modify, postpone, or cancel the game at any time and without notice if circumstances beyond its control require it, and will inform the participants by all means. In such cases, the Organizing Company cannot be held responsible.

The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible if, due to reasons beyond its control, technical malfunctions occur, including computer malfunctions (due to a virus or other causes), problems related to networks, applications used such as Instagram, (tele)communication services, computers (online or offline), servers, Internet access, and/or hosting providers, computer equipment or software, databases or data, or any other technical problem that may affect the smooth running of the game. In such cases, the complainants cannot claim any compensation.

It is expressly stated that the Internet is not a secure network. Therefore, the Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for contamination by potential viruses or the intrusion of a third party into the Participants' system, and declines all responsibility for the consequences of Participants connecting to the network via the website of the Organizing Company.

ARTICLE 8 - ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES Participation in the Game implies full and complete acceptance of these rules.

ARTICLE 9 - DEPOSIT OF THE RULES These rules are deposited with Maître Julien FERLICOT, Judicial Officer, located at 3 rue Taylor, 75010 PARIS. The same applies to any possible amendment to these rules.

The rules will be freely available for consultation and will be sent electronically upon request to the following address: huissierparis.ferlicot@orange.fr.

ARTICLE 10 - PERSONAL DATA In order to validate your registration for the contest, it is necessary for you to provide your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and email address. These information will only be accessible to the teams of the Organizing Company, the data controller, and Maître Julien FERLICOT, Judicial Officer, for the following purposes:

• Manage the selection, validation, and follow-up of your participation in the contest
• Identify the Winner and manage the prize delivery
• Fulfill legal and regulatory obligations. Subject to your consent, and if you are one of the winners, some of your data (first name) may be published online.

After the random draw, the winner will be contacted via "DM" (direct message).

The data of the Participants and Winners are kept for a period of 4 (four) months from the end of the Operation. The Organizing Company implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that the processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable legislation. In accordance with national and European legislation on the protection of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your personal information. Under the conditions provided by law, you can also request the limitation of the processing concerning you and communicate instructions regarding the fate of this data in the event of death. You also have the right to object to the processing of your data for commercial prospecting purposes. You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time. You can exercise these rights at any time, by proving your identity, by sending a written request to the following address: 356 Avenue de l'Argonne Porte 16 - 33700 Mérignac - France. For any additional information on the processing carried out by the Organizing Company, you can contact our Data Protection Officer at the aforementioned addresses or consult the data protection section of our website. For any general questions about the protection of personal data, you can consult the official website of the National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties (CNIL).

ARTICLE 11 - COMPLAINTS In the event of a dispute or complaint, for any reason whatsoever and without prejudice to other possible legal actions, requests must be submitted to the Organizing Company within a period of 1 (one) month after the close of the Game (postmark serving as proof).

ARTICLE 12 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All creations, names, or trademarks mentioned in the Rules, as well as any communication materials related to the Game, remain the exclusive property of their respective authors or holders.

ARTICLE 13 - APPLICABLE LAW The Game, the Rules, and their interpretation are subject to French law. If one or more provisions of these Rules are declared void and/or unenforceable, the other clauses shall retain their full force and effect. The Organizing Company shall have sole discretion to settle any dispute relating to the Game and the interpretation of its rules. No telephone or written request concerning the interpretation or application of these rules, the mechanisms or modalities of the Game, or the designation of winners will be answered. No dispute or complaint after a period of 1 (one) month following the closing date of the Game will be considered. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts designated under the Code of Civil Procedure. The Organizing Company may cancel all or part of the Game if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever in relation to participation in the Game or the determination of winners. In this case, it reserves the right not to award prizes to fraudsters and/or to take legal action against the authors of such fraud. Except in cases of manifest errors, it is agreed that the information resulting from the Organizing Company's game systems shall have probative value in any dispute regarding the elements of the calls and the computer processing of the information relating to the Game.
