RHINOSHIELD AirPods cases support wireless charging with official charging pads (Except Apple Watch chargers).
Due to the wide variety of wireless charging pads available on the market, charging performance may vary when using third-party chargers.

Will the indicator light be visible when the RHINOSHIELD AirPods case is installed?

Yes, our AirPods case will not block the indicator light, regardless of the color of the case. However, kindly note that it is possible for the indicator light to be covered if you choose a printed case with a design that covers the area.

How do I clean my RHINOSHIELD AirPods case? Can I use alcohol?

For daily cleaning, we suggest using wet wipes. To sanitize, wipe it swiftly with a cloth and a small amount of rubbing alcohol (less than 75%). If you are using our AirPods case with a printed design on it, we suggest avoiding the printed parts while using rubbing alcohol.

Can I use my RHINOSHIELD AirPods case with AirPods skins?

AirPods skins add extra thickness to the device, which could make the case fit, installation, and removal less smooth. Thus, we do not suggest pairing our AirPods case with any skins.

Why do cases for the AirPods 4 or AirPods Pro 3 series require adhesive strips? Will they damage the device or leave any residue?

The AirPods feature a rounder design and slight dimensional tolerances between each device. Starting from June 2026, OCA adhesive strips are provided to assist with fixation and enhance overall fit stability.
The strips will not damage the device or leave any residue, so you can use them with peace of mind. You can also decide whether to apply them based on the actual fit and your personal preferences.
